The modern seafood tavern of Spyros and Vangelis Liakos, which brings together
in Peristeri, well-read seafood lovers from all over Attica, was renovated
radically. Led in the kitchen by their close collaborator Anestis Lazai, the
recipes rely on tradition to give inventive variations,
always based on excellent raw materials, while the pan and the grill are
timeless asset of the shop.
