Noble Gourmet - Greek Cuisine Awards

The gastronomic restaurant at Elysium Resort & Spa pioneered the
renaissance of Rhodian cuisine. Chef Giorgos Troumouchis, together with the team
under Spyros Kougios, create modern tasting menus where
each dish tells stories of local tradition. Traditional recipes,
such as tsouvras and tsalangootes, are creatively reinterpreted, while
careful wine pairing selections from the Greek vineyard complete the
experience.
