Stefanos Lafaras' restaurant, in the picturesque Arkohori, serves traditional
Greek cuisine with many local references. The zigouri in the hull with the
masterfully mashed trahana, but also the fried bean salad in a casserole with
baggio, onion and egg, are dishes that are worth going up to
altitude of 570 meters where Harama is located. Special mention should be made of
