The first culinary chair of the multi-award winning chef Manolis Papoutsakis celebrates the
Cretan tradition in a simple and warm space with large windows in Laladika.
Selected raw materials - mostly from Crete - become the basis for wholesome
recipes of Cretan cuisine, which sometimes receive subtle touches of renewal
without losing their character. Typical dishes include rabbit
wine and oregano, the smoked lamb and the rich wedding pilaf with zigouri.
